WebNov 19, 2012 · After doing so I opened CCleaner and Thunderbird was gone :) amongst a few other programs I deleted via the appdata method. However certain programs failed to get removed like this so I had to delete the program entries manually myself through the registry. I copied them to the pop-server folder and the folders re-appeared on the left of the thunderbird application directory structure. They must of gotten re-arranged when I had a thunderbird update.
