WebJun 25, 2010 · They both feel the crank run out problems are associated with folks juicing up their engines (being more than a stage 1 kit) and not doing anything with the crank. Stock cranks are for stock motors. Once the motor is upgraded past a stage 1 kit, the crank also needs to be changed and upgraded to take the additional torque and horse power.
