WebDelivery Change Request. My package needs a signature and I'm not usually at home during the day, so because I don't want a missed package notice I requested it to be delivered at a UPS location near my house. However, the UPS app says the delivery date is tentative and the access point location is still pending. WebThe tracking status said it would be sent to a ups access point the next business day but just to make sure, I changed the delivery option to go to that same access point. Now, 3 business days later, the traching still says that the delivery change is requested and the item has not been sent to that access point.
