WebJul 27, 2024 · Most of the time, the smart probes work great and so does the Fieldpiece app, but problems I've noticed since having them is: (1) You need an internet connection when you open the app or else it'll hang up (iOS) (2) The range is great, but not perfect if you're a few concrete walls away WebFieldpiece probes J-A-S-08 • 3 yr. ago I am manifold-less. I use the Testo probes, mini core depressors, and a tee. I only need one hose to charge or recover. And I can check system charge without losing more than the smallest puff of refrigerant. The range on the hygrometer probes could be a little better.

WebSep 18, 2014 · Hate for fieldpiece to not get the proceeds because I really like fieldpiece and own a lot of their products but for a manometer the testo 510 can't be beat in my opinion. Most of testos products are overpriced and not field worthy but the 510 has proved to be a great manometer for me. It's mainly the compactness of the testo I like.
