WebIf they had a monitor that could do more than 60hz then it would already be doing it when they enabled vsync. Rivatuner, or any other software program is not going to fix this. The thing you're missing is, you have to tell windows that you have a 120+Mhz monitor or it will just act as a 60MHz.
